Jianlong Group starts construction of new alloy steel plant

Beijing-based Chinese company Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co. (Jianlong
Group) has recently started constructing a new alloy steel plant in the city of Tangshan in China's Hebei Province.

Jianlong Group will invest RMB 5 billion ($766.9 million) in the project, which is expected to come on stream in June 2012. The plant is expected to produce 150,000 mt of alloy steel per annum.
