The US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted yesterday to conduct a full five-year review ("sunset") concerning the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Turkey

As a result of yesterday's vote, the ITC will conduct a full review to determine whether the revocation of this order would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industries.

The interested parties are requested to submit their comments regarding the ITC's decision. Generally, 95 days after the initiation of the review the ITC determines whether the responses indicate adequate interest in a full review. If the responses are indicative of sufficient interest, the ITC will conduct a full review, which includes public hearings and questionnaires.
