Iran sells third five percent stake in Mobarakeh

Iranian flats producer Mobarakeh Steel Company has announced that the third five percent block of its shares has been sold on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) at the price of Rial 3,900 ($0.42) per share to private investors. The total value of the sold shares amounts to Rial 3.081 trillion (approx. $328 million).

The fourth five percent block of Mobarakeh shares is expected to be sold on the TSE on February 19, 2008.
