Interpipe’s subsidiaries issue Q1 steel pipe outputs

In the first quarter of 2010, the pipe producing subsidiaries of Ukrainian Interpipe Corporation (Interpipe) increased their steel pipe output by 2.1 times to 186,100 mt.
 
Specifically, during the first three months of 2010, Interpipe NTRP registered a 54.5 percent increase in its pipe production to 77,700 mt, Interpipe NMPP saw its pipe output increase by 2.03 times to 41,400 mt, while Interpipe Niko Tube's pipe output rose by 3.9 times to 67,000 mt, all compared to January-March 2009.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, in the first quarter of 2010 Ukraine's production of steel pipes increased by about four percent year on year to 344,000 mt.
