Interpipe’s steel pipe output up 30 percent in January-May

Interpipe, the leading Ukrainian producer of steel pipes, has announced that in January-May this year it produced 411,400 mt of steel pipes, 30 percent higher compared to the same period of 2010.

In particular, Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Pipe Plant produced 166,800 mt of steel pipes in January-May, up by 27 percent year on year. Interpipe Niko Tube increased its steel pipe output by 34 percent year on year to 157,300 mt, while the steel pipe production of Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works went up by 31 percent year on year to 87,300 mt.
