International Steel is planning to make public offering

SteelOrbis is reported that US steel producer, International Steel Group(ISG) is planning to sell its shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Although ISG has not declared that how many shares it would sell in the public offering, local press estimates that the shares that are to be sold will be upto $250million. It is also stated that, the shares will be newly issued, with none of its current investors selling their stock.
