Hyundai Steel supplies large size rolling mill to Essar Steel

South Korean steel producer Hyundai Steel has supplied a large size rolling mill to Essar Steel, a part of India-based Essar Group, becoming the first South Korean company to start manufacturing large size rolling equipment.
 
The new large size rolling mill will produce five meter wide shipbuilding plates. Hyundai Steel plans to have a global market share of five percent this year and at least 15 percent by 2014 for large size rolling mills.
