Highveld to sell high-grade steel

South African steel producer Highveld Steel reportedly plans to convert part of its production to high-grade steel products, with sales of such products beginning as early as May in the domestic market. Regarding Highveld's plan, the South African Institute of Steel Construction commented that the move would increase structural steel exports since there is strong demand for high-grade steel products abroad.
