High carbon ferro chrome tender held by Eti Krom A.S finalized
Eti Krom, a subscriber of SteelOrbis, on March 5, 2004 held a tender for the sale of total 10'000 mt high carbon ferro chrome (HCFeCr), including 7'000 mts of standard product and 3'000 mts of jig product.
As reported to SteelOrbis, 10 companies submitted offers for the tender. Eti Krom, evaluating the offers determined that a sales contract to be made with Greendown
Trading B.V (
Netherlands), who submitted the highest bid. The sales contract with the subject bidder covers 7'000 mts of product ranging between 10-200mm.
As the bids for 3'000 mt of jig product are found to be low, evaluations are still going on.
