The first production line in Hebei Xutai PC Strand Co.'s steel strand project has been completed and put into production in Qianan, Tangshan, in the Chinese province of Hebei.
This overall project is expected to cost a total investment of RMB 300 million ($46.58 million). The main products will be PC steel strand with high tensile strength and low relaxation.
Upon completion of the whole project, the anticipated annual output volume of PC steel strand will be 150,000 mt, while annual sales revenues will reach RMB 1 billion ($155.28 million).
