Gao Zhili, finance department director for
China’s Hebei Province, has stated that in 2015 the province will invest RMB 4.76 billion ($0.77 billion) in curbing air pollution, in groundwater exploitation, energy conservation and environmental protection. He also stated that the steel industry will be a key field for the province’s focus on environmental protection in 2015.
