Hansteel issues ex-works prices for Dec 18-27

On December 18, Hebei Province-based Hansteel announced its ex-works prices to be effective from December 18 to December 27. The details are as follows:

1. Wire rod prices have remained unchanged from the levels of the last 10 days. Thus, for common carbon high speed wire rod, the price of 6.5 mm Q235 is still at RMB 3,560/mt ($521/mt).

2. Rebar prices have increased by RMB 30/mt ($4/mt). Thus, the price of 16-25 mm HRB 335 is now at RMB 3,710/mt ($543/mt).

3. Round bar prices have increased by RMB 30/mt ($4/mt) and so the new price of 16-25 mm Q235 is at RMB 3,750/mt ($549/mt)

3. Common carbon plate prices have increased by RMB 50/mt ($14/mt) from the levels of the last 10 days. As a result, the prices of 14-25 mm Q235B now stand at RMB 3,550/mt ($519/mt)

All the prices above include 17 percent VAT.
