Handan Group increases production by 12.28%

Chinese steel producer Handan Iron and Steel Group produced 6.801 million tons of steel products in 2004, up by 12.28% over previous year. This rate indicates an increase of 774'000 tons over the previous year. The group produced 6.631 million tons of rolled steel products in 2004, which indicates a rise of 13.03% over the previous year. 4.452 million tons of 6.631 million tons were sheets ands strips. The increase in the subject products over the previous year is 68.2%.
