Gonvarri Steel Services acquires Colombian steel service center

Madrid, Spain-based Gonvarri Steel Services, a part of Gonvarri Steel Industries, has announced that it has acquired the Colombian steel service center Industrias Ceno.
 
Industrias Ceno has a strong presence in the Colombian metal structures market and also exports to countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The company caters to the needs of the commercial, electrical, telecommunications, oil, cement, farming and construction sectors.
 
The company has two production facilities in Medellin and Barranquilla, employing 500 people.
 
Gonvarri Steel Services stated that it reinforces its international presence with this new acquisition, offering a personalized service to its clients in Latin America and Central America.
