Germany’s CPI picks up in February

Germany's consumer price index (CPI) rose 0.4% month-on-month and 1.8% year-on-year in February 2005 due to the increase in oil prices, said the German Federal Statistics Office. Excluding oil prices, CPI rose 1.6% year-on-year last month.
