German steel prices up five percent in September

As reported by Germany's Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), in September this year prices of metals in Germany were higher by 5.1 percent as compared to the same month last year and were up 0.2 percent as compared to August this year, while non-ferrous metal product and non-ferrous metal semi-finished product prices climbed by 9.8 percent year on year and were up one percent month on month.
