German iron ore import prices up 7.9 percent in February

According to a report released by the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), in February of the current year the import price of iron ore in Germany increased by 7.9 percent year on year and decreased by 1.5 percent month on month.

In February, the average import price of iron and steel and ferroalloys in Germany decreased by 5.8 percent year on year and by 0.3 percent month on month.

Meanwhile, in February this year, the import price of nickel fell by 20.7 percent year on year and was up by 0.5 percent month on month.
