Gazprom sells its stake in ZTBD to NTMK

The Russian energy giant Gazprom has announced the sale of its 19.9 percent stake in Large Diameter Pipe Plant (ZTBD) to NTMK, a subsidiary of the  Russian steel and iron ore producer Evraz Group.

In the auction which Gazprom held on November 15, NTMK offered a highest bid of Ruble 241.8 million (about $9.9 million) for the 19.9 percent stake in ZTBD.

As a result of the auction, NTMK's share in the company has risen to 75 percent.
