France's steel product export value up 25.9 percent in January-November

According to the statistics released by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, in the January-November period of last year France's basic steel product and ferroalloy exports amounted to a value of €9.5 billion, rising by 25.9 percent year on year.

During the period in question, France exported €1.2 billion of steel pipes and tubes - down 10.22 percent, €578.67 million of cold rolled steel strip - up 17 percent, €328 million of cold drawn wire - up 2.3 percent, €377.35 million of cold rolled steel bars - up 26.2 percent, and €614 million of metal structures and parts - down by 1.73 percent, all compared to the same period of 2016.
