Final results of sunset review on SSSS in coils from Korea

DOC, on June 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Korea. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, DOC determined to conduct an expedited (120-day) sunset review for the countervailing duty order on imports of subject merchandise. As a result of the review, DOC determined that revocation of the countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of the subsidies at the levels indicated below:

Producer/exporter Net countervailable
                               Subsidy
INI/BNG..........................0.54%
Dai Yang Metal Company...........0.67%
Taihan...........................4.64%
All Others.......................0.63%
