Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from Germany
The US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 6, 2004 published preliminary results of antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Germany. The review covers one German producer of the subject merchandise. The period of review is July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. The final results differ from the preliminary results of this review based on the analysis of comments. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the preliminary margin determined for ThyssenKrupp was 9.95%.
