Final results of AD review on rebar imported from Korea

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published final results of antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bars imported from Korea. DOC, on October 24, 2003 initiated administrative review of the antidumping duty on steel concrete reinforcing bars imported from Korea. The period of review was September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003. As Korean producers Dongkuk Steel Mills (DSM), INI Steel, Korea Iron and Steel Co Ltd (KISCO) and Kosteel did not ship the subject merchandise to the US during the period of review, DOC rescinds the review with respect to these producers. However the following weighted-average duty margins exist for the Korean producers below:

Producer/exporter Margin

Dongil Industries Co Ltd.................102.28%
Hanbo Iron & Steel Co Ltd................102.28%
