The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on September 30, 2003 initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty orders on certain small diameter carbon and alloy steel seamless standard, line and pressure pipes imported from Romania and Brazil. The review covered the period between August 1, 2002 and July 31, 2003. On September 7, 2004, DOC published the preliminary results of this review. Please click here to see the preliminary results. After evaluating the comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided to make certain changes in the final results. Accordingly, the following weighted-average margins exist for Romanian and Brazilian producers:

Romania
S.C Silcotub...................................1.21%
