Evraz refuses merger with Corus

Russian sources have reported, with reference to Pavel Tatianin, Chief Vice-president and Financial Director of Evraz, that the company had never been in negotiation on possible merge with Corus. Mr. Tatianin said that Evraz was in constant consultations and communication of experience with global metal majors, but merge had never been a subject.
