EU announces 2008 quotas for Ukrainian steel

According to an official release issued by the European Commission on December 13, the new quotas allocated for Ukrainian steel exports to the EU for 2008 are as follows:

The agreement signed between the parties on June 18, 2007 stipulates that the quotas should increase by 2.5 percent automatically, unless Ukraine decides to denounce the agreement.
