Eregli's new steel service center starts operations
The new steel service center built by Eregli (
Erdemir)a major Turkish mill, officially began operations in Gebze, near Istanbul.
The site was built in the Gebze Industrial Zone and has a capacity of 150,000/tpy. The service center provides side trimming, cut-to-length, and slitting services on P&O, cold rolled, and
galvanized sheets for industries including
automotive and white household goods.
