Erdemir (Eregli) announced record daily steel
production of 9,540 mts was performed on August 30th. The mill also announced new records for August as;
Crude steel production 277,465 mts
Slab casting 267,791 mts
Total hot rolled
coils production 315,412 mts
Galvanized 20,202 mts
Tin mill production 12,968 mts
On the other hand mill is scheduled to export approximately 50,000 mtons during the second half of September, including shipments to
Spain, USA and
China. The total quantity of scheduled exports to be shipped in October is approximately 100,000 mts.
