Greensboro, North Carolina-based New Page Capital announced Wednesday has acquired Sophia, North Carolina structural steel manufacturer Engineered Steel Products.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition was reportedly closed in November—the company delayed the announcement until a new website could be completed.

Engineered Steel Products’ co-founders Rob Braswell and Richard Flournoy will continue to hold executive roles, while Rick Ramsey, operating partner at New Page Capital, will serve as president of Engineered Steel Products.
