Egypt’s Ezzsteel reorganizes its board of directors

On May 16, Egyptian steelmaker Ezzsteel, the largest steel producer in the Middle East and North Africa, announced that Paul Chekaiban has been appointed as chairman and managing director after the resignation of Ahmed Ezz from his position as chairman.


At the same time, Alaa Abul-Kheir has resigned from his position as board director, to be replaced by Fayez Aly.
