DOC rescinds AD review on SS bar imported from Germany

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) rescinded the antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel bar imported from Germany. On April 22, 2005, the DOC initiated an antidumping duty administrative review for stainless steel bar imported from German producers Stahlwerke Ergste Westig GmbH and Ergste Westig South Carolina (collectively SEW), and BGH Eelstahl Freital GmbH, BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH, BGH Edelstahl Lippendorf GmbH, and BGH Edelstahl Lugau GmbH (collectively BGH) for the period March 1, 2004, through February 28, 2005. The DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to SEW since the producer withdrew its request within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review. Now, the review covers only BGH.
