DOC amends final results of AD review on HR products from China
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) amended final results of an antidumping duty review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from China. On March 15, 2005, the US Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the DOC's second remand determination of the final determination of sales at less than fair value. The DOC issued its second remand results on January 7, 2005. Since all litigation in this matter has concluded, the DOC published amended final determination for certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from China, in accordance with the CIT decision. Accordingly, the recalculated margins are as follows:Manufacturer/exporter Margin Angang Group International Trade Corporation, New Iron & Steel Company, and Angang Group Hong Kong Company....................31.09% Benxi Iron & Steel Group International Economic & Trade Company, Bengang Steel Plates Company, and Benxi Iron & Steel Group Company..................57.19% Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, Baoshan Iron and Steel Company, and Baosteel Group International Trade Corporation....12.39%
