According to reports, DETASA, the large Brazilian steel user, filed for Chapter 11 this week. It is understood that the company is under investigations for customs fraud. Apparently they have a lot of 30.000mt of Russian HRC, probably Severstal, currently at the port.Detasa files for bankruptcy
