Detasa files for bankruptcy

According to reports, DETASA, the large Brazilian steel user, filed for Chapter 11 this week. It is understood that the company is under investigations for customs fraud. Apparently they have a lot of 30.000mt of Russian HRC, probably Severstal, currently at the port.
