Corus announces price hike for strip products

Anglo-Dutch steelmaker Corus announced price hike for its strip products in the Europe effective as of January 1, 2006. The price increase, which will be 5 percent, will cover hot rolled, cold rolled and hot dip galvanized steel as of next year. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Corus announced a similar increase for its strip products in the UK, in mid November.
