Construction of new steel facility to get underway in Vietnam

On May 14, Vietnamese steelmaker Shanluo Iron and Steel (Shanluo Steel) is to start construction of a new steel facility in the Vietnamese province of Shanluo, as reported by Vietnam Investment News.
 
The project will be implemented in two stages. The designed steel production capacities of the two stages are respectively 143,000 mt and 300,000 mt. After being put into production, the new facility will provide 400 jobs in the region.
