CISA mills' average daily crude steel output up 0.84% in mid-Feb

The China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) has announced that in mid-February (February 11-20) the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China - all CISA members - totaled 1.7996 million mt, up 0.84 percent compared to early February (February 1-10).

According to the CISA's previous figures, in early February (February 1-10) the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China totaled 1.7847 million mt, up 1.59 percent compared to late January (January 21-31).

Meanwhile, as of February 20, the finished steel inventories of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China amounted to 11.3979 million mt, up 19.6 percent compared to February 10.
