CISA mills' average daily crude steel output down 2.36% in late July

The China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) has announced that in late July (July 21-30) this year the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China - all CISA members - totaled 1.9074 million mt, down 2.36 percent compared to mid-July (July 11-20).

According to the CISA's previous figures, in mid-July the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China totaled 1.9536 million mt, down 0.92 percent compared to early July (July 1-10).

Meanwhile, as of July 30, the finished steel inventories of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China amounted to 11.436 million mt, down 7.45 percent compared to July 20.
