China's iron ore imports rise by 0.7 percent in January-October 2025

In the January-October period this year, China’s iron ore imports amounted to 1.028886 billion mt, up 0.7 percent year on year, according to the latest data released by China's General Administration of Customs (GACC).

In October alone, China’s iron ore imports totaled 111.309 million mt, up 7.2 percent year on year, while decreasing by 4.3 percent month on month.
