China's excavator sales decline by 29.7 percent in July

In July this year, China’s excavator sales amounted to 12,606 units, down 29.7 percent year on year, according to the statistics for major excavator manufacturing enterprises by the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA).

In particular, in July, excavator sales in the Chinese domestic market came to 5,112 units, down 44.7 percent year on year, while excavator sales to the export market totaled 7,494 units, down 13.8 percent year on year.

In the January-July period this year, China’s excavator sales amounted to 121,424 units, down 24.6 percent year on year.
