China Railway Materials Commercial inks strategic agreements in Jiangxi

At the recent Expo Central China 2010 held in Nanchang is China's Jiangxi Province, China Railway Materials Commercial Corp. signed strategic cooperation agreements with the local municipal authorities of Yingtan and Xinyu in Jiangxi Province and with Xinyu, Jiangxi-based Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.

According to the agreements, China Railway Materials Commercial Corp., a large-scale state-owned enterprise under the direct supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China's State Council, will cooperate with the Yingtan and Xinyu authorities on railway logistics, finance, and other programs. The company will also cooperate with Xinyu Iron and Steel in the areas of railway services, steel product trade, new product development, mineral product supply and marketing networks.
