According to Beijing-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Group, the one million mt annual capacity bar line of its Shanxi-based subsidiary Changzhi Iron and Steel Co. (Changzhi Steel) has successfully produced HRB 400E high strength earthquake-proof rebar.
Changzhi Steel said it focused on the development of the new product in order to meet market demand and boost its competitiveness.
