In October this year, China’s auto export volume totaled 71,000 units, down 16.5 percent month on month, while decreasing by 19.2 percent year on year, including 50,000 passenger vehicles and 21,000 commercial vehicles, down 21.0 percent and 14.7 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
In the January-October period of the current year, China’s auto export volume totaled 884,000 units, rising by 24.7 percent year on year, including 650,000 passenger vehicles and 234,000 commercial vehicles, increasing by 30.7 percent and 10.5 percent year on year, respectively.
