The Russian coal mining company Belon Group (Belon) has announced the decision of the company's board of directors to close its branch and representative offices, due to the absence of the need to perform their earlier functions.

Accordingly, Belon will close its branch offices in Lipetsk, in Moscow, and in Belovo, as well as its representative office in Kemerovo.

"After all statutory procedures, the company will not have any branch and representative network, and will make the appropriate changes to its charter," reads the company's statement.
