Baogang to halt CR line for technical adjustment

SteelOrbis Shanghai Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region based Baotou Iron & Steel (Group) Co Ltd (Baogang) plans to make a technical adjustment on its cold rolling line in October to improve the output quantity. The operation is expected to have approximately a 20,000-30,000 metric ton impact on the cold rolled coil production in October. Baogang is the largest integrated steelmaker in the Inner Mongolia Automonous Region with an approximate 8 million metric ton steel production capacity.
