Baogang supplies 75,000 mt of rails for Zhangjiakou-Hohhot railway

As of August 3, Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel Group (Baogang) has supplied 75,000 mt of high-speed steel rails for the Zhangjiakou-Hohhot high-speed railway, connecting Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia, to Zhangjiakou in Hebei Province, as reported by Baogang Daily on August 10. All high-speed rails used in the Zhangjiakou-Hohhot high-speed railway are being supplied by Baogang.

Over the past ten years, Baogang has produced 2.3 million mt high-speed rails, which have been widely used in China’s high-speed railways.
