Azovstal completes repairs at blast furnace No. 6

Mariupol, Ukraine-based steel producer Azovstal Iron and Steel Works (Azovstal), a subsidiary of Ukraine's largest vertically-integrated mining and steel group Metinvest, has announced that it has carried out large scale repairs at its blast furnace No. 6.

The main repair activities at the blast furnace No.6 included replacement of charging equipment and the furnace aspiration system. The repairs also focused on mitigating environmental impact in Mariupol.
