Argentina's crude steel output up

Argentina's Steel Industry Chamber (CIS) has disclosed that the country's crude steel production rose 8.1 percent year on year to 448,000 metric tons in October. In addition, steel production in October was 0.7 percent higher than the September figure. Hot rolled steel output increased 12.2 percent year on year to 481,000 metric tons in October, while cold rolled steel output fell 3.9 percent to 124,000 metric tons.
