Arcelor plans $4 billion investment in Brazil

Luxembourg-based steel producer Arcelor reportedly plans to invest $4 billion in Brazil over the next four years. Arcelor officials met with representatives from Brazil's National Development Bank (BNDES) to discuss the projected investments. Arcelor currently controls several steel producers in Brazil, such as Acesita, Belgo-Mineira and Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN).
