Arcelor finalizes sale of its tube business

According to the statement released by Luxembourg based steel producer Arcelor, the company has recently completed the sale agreement regarding its tube business with Bagoeta, SL. In line with the deal, Arcelor sold 100% share of Arcelor Tubes S.A, Alessio Tubi SpA, Exma S.A and Aceralia Tubos SL, 5% share of Industube and 30% share of Condesa to Bagoeta. The deal is concluded at €58.7 million.
