Amendment by EU of AD and CV duties on India

EU commission has amended the counterveiling and anti-dumping duties (CV & AD) for HR material from India, which are amendments on the definite duty rates. Ispat Industries Ltd. has applied as a new exporter and declared a price undertaking which allows them to be exempt from the AD duties if they apply certian rules. If these rules are not met, the new AD & CV duties shall be valid for Ispat along with the other companies determined. EU amendments on AD-CV dutites on India
