Moody's Corporation, the holding company for Moody's Investors Services which performs financial research and analysis on commercial and government entities, Monday revised its ranking for AK Steel Corporation from negative to stable.

According to a statement released by Moody's, AK Steel's increased capacity utilization within the automotive sector, forecasted earnings in 2010, and the slow but gradual recovery of the steel sector in general were all contributing factors to the decision.
